Speaker: Nigel Greenwood, Entrepreneur Consultant.
Nigel has worked with SMEs and corporates for 25 years to improve their customer experience for 25 years, mainly with great success, but with the odd spectacular failure which he will cover in the workshop. He has helped SMEs grow income and profits by using customer journey mapping to increase lead to sale conversion by up to 100% and customer loyalty by up to 80%.
Describing himself as just a simple Yorkshireman, he has had 3 books on customer experience published and delivered workshops worldwide. You can expect a challenging, entertaining and occasionally controversial discussion which will give you practical tips to help your business grow.
